Cole Schlack
Cole P. Schlack is the President and CEO of CBI Insurance Agency. Growing up in the family insurance agency he learned the business at a young age. After college, he returned to CBI in 1999 and took over the business in 2002. Cole made several critical strategic moves that allowed the company to expand into several niche markets, of which, CBI now leads the industry in many.
Cole has four children and enjoys spending time Skiing, hiking, camping and coaching his son's baseball team.
Bryan Bailey
Agent-
Bryan Bailey joined CBI Insurance Agency in April 2006. He quickly learned the importance of knowing his clients needs and servicing those with both a quality policy and knowledge of their business. With that in mind, Bryan makes it a point to take care of his clients' needs as quickly and effectively as possible. No need is too small or too big to get immediate attention.
Bryan resides in his hometown of Liberty, UT. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.
Staci Schlack
Licensing Specialist-
Staci is a founding partner of CBI and works to support all agency operations. With a background in Title Insurance and attention to detail Staci helps keep CBI compliant with all of the state regulations.
Stephanie Nadea
CSR-
Stephanie joined CBI in March of 2019, working as the agency CSR, providing account management and in-house-marketing. With years of community involvement and raising a family Stephanie brings many great customer service skills CBI clients appreciate.
Larel Parkinson
Agent-
Larel came to CBI in 2010. His specialty quickly became the Outfitters and Guides Programs.
Born and raised in rural Utah, he grew up hunting, fishing and camping in the great outdoors. He is involved in the community and has worked with young people in the Boy Scouts. In his younger days he was an NRA certified Rifle Range Director. Larel is still very involved with youth and has been in charge of many programs and activities. His hobbies include the out of doors, working in his wood shop and spending time with family.
Jason Cook
Health Agent-
Jason has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Soon after starting in insurance, Jason earned a position with LGNU Insurance in 2006 as the Senior Benefits Specialist, developing relationships and servicing clients of all sizes. Jason now brings this experience to CBI Insurance, and specializes in the health and benefit needs of his clients.
Jason and his beautiful wife have two children. They call northern Utah home, where they enjoy the outdoors, spending time together and helping others.

Vince Stevens
Attorney Vincent Stevens was born and raised with the values and culture of Northern Utah. After completing his undergraduate work at Weber State University he moved to New England. Vince graduated from Western New England College of Law in May of 2010. During his law school career, Vince volunteered in several internships with the federal government. He completed an internship with the Federal Aviation Administration during which he interpreted regulations and assisted in the prosecution of regulatory and criminal violations. Vince also completed an externship with the United States Postal Service during which he assisted in defending the agency against employment discrimination claims.
